What is ScrapWalls?
ScrapWalls is a site that allows you to create high-quality photo collages. You can automatically arrange your photos into a shape
or place them manually with our click-and-drag editing interface. Order your collage printed on a poster or greeting cards and/or share it online for free!
Ordering Posters
How is my poster shipped?
ScrapWalls ships our posters in a secure tube via USPS or UPS ground shipping. They generally arrive in 3-5 days. You can check the status of your order using the tracking number on your account page. Next day and 2-day shipping are also avaliable.
Where will you ship to?
We ship to anywhere in the United States and Canada with standard shipping. We also have international shipping worldwide.
What billing options are available?
ScrapWalls accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Internet Explorer 8, Firefox, Chrome and Safari.
Privacy/Security
What is the ScrapWalls.com privacy policy?
ScrapWalls.com will use your e-mail address, phone number, and street address only for
direct communications from ScrapWalls.com. We will not display your e-mail address, phone number, or street addres on
any public page or make it available to any third party.
Will I retain copyright for photos that I upload to ScrapWalls?
Yes, you will retain copyright to any images that you upload to ScrapWalls.
ScrapWalls will not display your photos to anyone else unless you have explicitly shared your collage.
ScrapWalls also will not upload or transfer your photographs to other websites.
Account Management
How do I create a new account?
Go to the
sign-up page and select create an account.
How do I reset my password?
Visit the password recovery page using the link on the Log In page, or open it
here.
Type in your email address, and enter the two words in the reCAPTCHA box. We will e-mail you a link to change your password.
General Uploading
What file types are supported?
ScrapWalls supports .JPG, .GIF (not animated), .PNG, and .BMP images.
What is the maximum image size?
The maximum image width and height is 8000 pixels. The maximum size of an image file is 10 Megabytes.
The Flash Uploader
What versions of Flash are supported?
You must have Flash 10 or later to use the Flash uploader. If you do not have a new enough Flash version, you will be
taken to the simple uploader page.
How do I select multiple photos?
Hold down the control key while clicking on photos in the dialog box, or drag your mouse to select multiple images.
The Simple Uploader
How do I access the simple uploader?
After clicking the upload button on the add photos page, click the link for the simple uploader.
How do I upload images with the simple uploader?
With the simple uploader, click on the "Browse..." button next to each file text box and select an image to upload. You can only select one image in each box.
How many photos can I upload at once with the simple uploader?
There is space for entering 30 file names at the same time. However, you may only upload up to 100 MB total each time. If you need to upload more than 100 MB, reload the simple uploader and upload more photos.
The simple uploader is taking a long time, is this normal?
Yes. The simple uploader cannot display your uploading progress. Photo files are generally large and can take a while to upload.
